Commerce City, CO (Sports Network) - Colorado Rapids striker Conor Casey scored two goals to lead his side to a 2-1 win over visiting Kansas City in Major League Soccer action at Dick's Sporting Goods Park on Saturday night.
Casey scored the game's first goal just 11 minutes in when he headed a Terry Cooke feed past Wizards goalkeeper Kevin Hartman.
Michael Harrington equalized for the visitors just before the break before Casey scored the game winner, his fourth goal of the season, in the 47th minute.
The Wizards (6-7-7) will aim to rebound when they host FC Dallas next Saturday while Colorado (7-10-3) travels to D.C. United the same day in its next league fixture.
