MLS Preview from The Sports Network

Real Salt Lake (3-5-3) at Chivas USA (4-5-2), 10:30 p.m.

Carson, CA (Sports Network) - Chivas USA will look to continue Real Salt Lake's road woes on Saturday night when they host the fellow Western Conference club in Major League Soccer action.

RSL has yet to win away from Rice-Eccles Stadium this season, going 0-5-0 in road contests, starting with a 3-1 loss to Chivas USA at The Home Depot Center on April 5.

Real Salt Lake is coming off a scoreless draw with Kansas City in its last league fixture.

"There are a lot of positive things to take out of that game," RSL coach Jason Kreis said. "There was a lot of good soccer on our part; I really thought we were the aggressors the entire night. The only thing you can shake your head about or scratch your head about is the final touch, because if that was there I think we would've had quite a few goals."

Chivas USA, on the other hand, will be aiming to rebound from a 1-0 loss at New York.

"We had six, seven, great chances in the second half that we don't connect on and the final pass isn't good enough or the shot goes straight to the goalkeeper," Chivas USA coach Preki said after the loss."We didn't manage to break them down. They had one play in the second half and that's it. We were solid defensively. We didn't give too many things away. That's how it goes."

The Goats will probably have the services of starting goalkeeper Brad Guzan, who is on the U.S. roster for a World cup qualifier vs. Barbados on Sunday, but he is the backup on the U.S. squad and will be playing at the same venue.

Midfielder Sacha Kljestan is another story, however, and he will be absent because of his participation in the game vs. Barbados.

Real Salt Lake will be without Andy Williams because of his participation with the Jamaica national team.
