San Jose, CA (Sports Network) - Jarome Iginla scored 3:26 into overtime to lift the Calgary Flames to a 3-2 win over San Jose at the Shark Tank.

Iginla also lit the lamp in regulation and Alex Tanguay scored the other goal for Calgary, which has won four straight games. Miikka Kiprusoff made 34 saves in the victory.

Torrey Mitchell and Craig Rivet scored for San Jose, which has earned at least a point in nine of its last 12 games overall (7-3-2). Evgeni Nabokov allowed three goals on 20 shots for the Sharks, who continued their struggles on home ice, where the club is winless in the last five (0-3-2).

With the score tied 2-2 in overtime, Calgary's Anders Eriksson carried the puck across the blue line and his wrist shot was saved by Nabokov. Dion Phaneuf followed the rebound and sent a backhand pass into the low slot, where Iginla easily sent a one-timer into the back of the cage from the base of the right circle as the Flames skated off with the victory.

Tanguay opened the scoring one minute into the game when he beat Nabokov with a wrist shot from inside the right circle on a 2-on-1 rush.

Soon after, the Sharks knotted the contest with a power-play goal. Matthew Lombardi was whistled for hooking and just before the Sharks ran out of time with the extra skater, Mitchell's rebound from near the left post found the back of the cage at the 4:03 mark.

With 3:34 remaining before the first intermission, Iginla's 30th goal of the season -- a wrist shot from near the goalmouth after a blind drop pass from Daymond Langkow -- gave the Flames a 2-1 edge.

The Sharks knotted the score with 6:06 to go in the second period when Rivet's slap shot from the right point made its way through traffic and past Kiprusoff.
