Marcus Dove added 17 points for the Cowboys (16-12, 7-7 Big 12), who have now won five straight games. Obi Muonelo also chipped in with 12 points.
Aleks Maric led the way for Nebraska (17-10, 6-8), tallying 17 points and 12 rebounds in the loss. Steve Harley also added 17 points, while Ade Dagunduro checked in with 12 points.
OSU managed to grab a 31-27 halftime lead despite allowing the Cornhuskers to shoot a solid 55 percent from the floor in the frame.
