Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Rob Lewis scored 12 points and grabbed seven boards to lead the Denver Pioneers to a 63-44 victory over the UL-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns in a Sun Belt Conference battle at the Magness Arena.
Joe Jackson added 11 points for Denver (11-12, 7-5 SBC), while Nate Rohnert, Adam Tanner and Xander McNally each contributed 10 points and seven rebounds apiece.
As for ULL (10-13, 6-6), not one player scored in double-figures, as La'Ryan Gary and Travis Bureau both chipped in eight points apiece in the loss.
Denver held the Cajuns to a pathetic 28.0 percent shooting effort from the floor in the first half and went into the break with a 27-17 lead.
The Pioneers pulled away in the second stanza, shooting 53.8 percent from the field en route to the 19-point win.
Denver made 7-of-12 three-point attempts in the contest, while ULL connected on just 3-of-14 shots from behind the arc.
