Lexington, KY (Sports Network) - Ramel Bradley scored 19 points to lead the Kentucky Wildcats to a 62-52 win over the Alabama Crimson Tide in SEC action at Rupp Arena.
The Wildcats (12-9, 6-2 SEC) also received 13 points from Joe Crawford, while Patrick Patterson added 12 points and seven rebounds in the win.
Alabama (13-11, 2-7) was paced by Mykal Riley who scored 19 points in the loss. Yamene Coleman scored 10 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the floor.
Kentucky came out firing in the first half, shooting 52.4 percent from the floor to take a 28-27 lead at the break.
The Wildcats kept the pressure on in the second stanza, shooting 16-of-18 from the foul line, to secure the 10-point victory.
Kentucky was tough on defense, forcing 13 turnovers and limiting Alabama to just 4-of-17 shooting from three-point range.
With the victory Kentucky extends their current win streak to five games.
