Bronx, NY (Sports Network) - Chris Clark scored 16 points to lead the Temple Owls to a 58-50 win over the Fordham Rams in Atlantic 10 Conference play at Rose Hill Gym.
Mark Tyndale also had a big night for the Owls (10-9, 3-2 A10), tallying 14 points and 12 rebounds, while Dionte Christmas chipped in with 13 points and eight rebounds.
Marcus Stout paced Fordham (8-10, 2-4) with 11 points, while Bryant Dunston added nine points, 12 rebounds and six assists in the loss.
Despite shooting just 31 percent from the floor in the first half, Temple managed to take a 26-23 lead at the break.
Temple stormed back in the second stanza, shooting 12-of-25 from the floor en route to an eight-point victory.
The Temple bench was the difference-maker in this contest, as the Owls' reserves outscored the Fordham bench 23-9 in the win.
