Calvin Johnson added 14 points for Santa Clara (11-9, 3-2 WCC), while Brody Angley posted a double-double with 11 points and 10 assists.
Dior Lowhorn netted 22 points for San Francisco (5-15, 1-4), while Hyman Taylor chipped in 11 points to go along with 11 rebounds.
The Broncos shot a sizzling 54.2 percent from the field in the opening frame and went into the break with a commanding, 35-22 edge.
Santa Clara continued its stellar offensive effort in the second stanza, as the team shot a staggering 55.6 percent from the floor en route to an 18-point victory.
The Broncos made 10-of-20 attempts from behind the arc in the contest, while the Dons connected on just 3-of-12 three-point shots.
With the loss, head coach Eddie Sutton is still one win shy of 800 career victories. The Dons will try to help their coach reach that milestone this Saturday at Pepperdine.
