Wesley Jenkins netted 15 points for St. Peter's (4-12, 1-5), while Todd Sowell posted a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds.
The Gaels shot 50.0 percent from the field in the first half and went into the break with a 42-27 lead.
In the second stanza, Iona held the Peacocks to a mere 33.3 percent shooting effort from the floor en route to the 19-point victory.
