Toronto, ON (Sports Network) - Chris Bosh scored six of his 38 points in the second overtime as Toronto persevered to beat Portland, 116-109, at the Air Canada Centre.

The Trail Blazers deadlocked things at the end of regulation and in the first overtime with miraculous three-pointers but Toronto finally pulled away in the second overtime.

Bosh set the tone with consecutive jumpers to start the second overtime and Anthony Parker finally put Portland away with an emphatic running dunk from the right baseline to make it 112-109 with 1:24 left.

The Blazers didn't score the rest of the way and the Raptors secured things with four free throws in the final minute.

Parker added a season-high 25 points for the Raptors, who won their third straight game. Jose Calderon chipped in with 22 points and 10 assists, while Carlos Delfino had 16 points and eight rebounds off the bench.

Brandon Roy finished with a career-high 33 points and 10 assists for the Blazers, who lost for the first time in five games in the opener of a season- high seven-game road swing. Channing Frye donated 16 points and seven boards, and Travis Outlaw had 18 points.

"He is a load, and I think in overtime he wore us down and we tried to double- team him," said Roy of Bosh. "He is a young great player, we have to do a better job of trying to get the ball out of his hands, especially in late game situations like tonight."

The teams traded buckets throughout the first overtime and were deadlocked at 101 when Roy came up empty on a running jumper with under 30 seconds to go.

After a timeout, the Raptors got the ball to Calderon on the right wing and the guard drained a huge three with just nine seconds left.

Martell Webster tried to tie things at the other end but was long on three. Roy corralled the offensive rebound, raised up for a long three and evened things, forcing the a second overtime.

Portland had taken a six-point edge into the fourth quarter but the Raptors scored the first seven points in the frame, fueled by a Bosh lay-in and a Delfino three, to see-saw back in front, 70-69, with 9:47 remaining.

Frye finally stopped the bleeding with a jumper but Toronto continued to play well. Delfino connected on a running hook and Parker followed by draining a three to give the Raptors an 83-77 with 4:25 left.

The Blazers closed to within four on an Outlaw bucket but Calderon answered with a three, with 2:32 on the clock, to make it 89-82.

Portland had one last gasp in them. Frye had back-to-back dunks, the second with just 25 seconds to go, made it a one-possession game, 91-89

The Blazers quickly fouled Bosh with 22.8 seconds left but the All-Star calmly drained both from the line.

Inexplicably, Jamario Moon jumped out at Outlaw while the swingman was attempting a three. Outlaw drained the shot and was fouled. He then hit the ensuing free throw to deadlock things at 93 with 16.6 seconds on the clock.

"I was proud of my team because nobody got on him (Moon)," said Raptors head coach Sam Mitchell. "Everyone just patted him on the back and he came back and made a couple of blocks in overtime and got some key rebounds for us."

The Raptors went to Bosh for the win but he came up empty on a driving layup at the buzzer and the game went to overtime.

The Raptors held a 25-24 lead after the opening quarter and continued to hold a slim edge, 49-47, at intermission.

The Blazers bounced back with a solid third quarter to take a 69-63 advantage into the final frame.
