New Orleans Hornets (50-22) at Orlando Magic (47-27), 7 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The New Orleans Hornets will resume a six-game road trip this evening, when they pay a visit to the Orlando Magic at Amway Arena.

New Orleans improved to 3-1 on the trek following Sunday's 118-111 victory over the Toronto Raptors at the Air Canada Centre. David West scored 32 points and pulled down seven rebounds, as New Orleans pushed its record to 23-12 away from the bayou this season.

Peja Stojakovic added 25 points and Chris Paul finished with 20 points and 16 assists for the Hornets, who are tied with San Antonio for the top spot in both the Southwest Division and Western Conference. Tyson Chandler had 17 points and 10 rebounds in the victory.

The Hornets, who have won six of their last seven games overall, will also visit the Miami Heat on their current swing.

Meanwhile, Orlando will welcome the Hornets to town, and is 23-14 as the host this season. The Magic put the brakes on a two-game slide with Friday's 103-86 victory at Milwaukee, as Dwight Howard led the way with 25 points and 11 boards. Rashard Lewis added 16 points and seven rebounds for Southeast Division-champion Orlando, which is third in the East standings.

Orlando clinched its first division title since the 1995-96 campaign after Washington was crushed by Utah on Monday night. The Magic are guaranteed to be no lower than the fourth seed in the East.

The Magic are 10-3 in their last 13 games at Amway Arena. In injury news for Orlando, guards Keyon Dooling (ankle) and Jameer Nelson (jaw/head) are listed as probable against New Orleans.

Tuesday's showdown between New Orleans and Orlando is the second and final meeting of the regular season. The Magic recorded a 95-88 victory over the Hornets on November 19 at New Orleans Arena. Howard scored 24 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead the charge.

Orlando has won five of the last seven meetings with New Orleans, which has won six of 10 and seven of the last 12 games as the visitor in this series.
