(Sports Network) - The NBA-best Boston Celtics attempt to extend their winning streak to four games, as they visit the Chicago Bulls tonight at the United Center.

Boston is six games ahead of the Detroit Pistons for the top seed in the Eastern Conference playoff race. The Celtics will host the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday at TD Banknorth Garden.

Leon Powe came off the bench to score 17 points and grab a game-high 13 rebounds, and the Celtics broke an NBA record by limiting their opponent to an all-time low 17 made field goals in an 88-62 home victory over the lowly Miami Heat on Sunday.

The Celtics are 26-9 on the road this season. They have captured eight of their last nine contests on the road, but lost to the Hornets on March 22 at New Orleans Arena in the last contest away from Beantown.

Chicago plays the finale of a two-game homestand tonight. Larry Hughes scored 19 points to lead the Bulls to a 114-111 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday at the United Center.

The Bulls, who have won two in a row as the host, are 18-18 at home this season. They will visit LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday at Quicken Loans Arena.

On the injury front for Chicago, forward Drew Gooden (lower abdominal strain) is questionable. Gooden did not play against Milwaukee.

Chicago is 4 1/2 games behind No. 8 Atlanta for the final playoff spot in the East.

Boston is 3-0 against the Bulls this season. The Celtics have lost six of their last eight at Chicago.
