(Sports Network) - The NBA-best Boston Celtics attempt to extend their winning streak to four games, as they visit the Chicago Bulls tonight at the United Center.
Boston is six games ahead of the Detroit Pistons for the top seed in the Eastern Conference playoff race. The Celtics will host the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday at TD Banknorth Garden.
Leon Powe came off the bench to score 17 points and grab a game-high 13 rebounds, and the Celtics broke an NBA record by limiting their opponent to an all-time low 17 made field goals in an 88-62 home victory over the lowly Miami Heat on Sunday.
The Celtics are 26-9 on the road this season. They have captured eight of their last nine contests on the road, but lost to the Hornets on March 22 at New Orleans Arena in the last contest away from Beantown.
Chicago plays the finale of a two-game homestand tonight. Larry Hughes scored 19 points to lead the Bulls to a 114-111 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday at the United Center.
