Utah Jazz (43-23) at Boston Celtics (51-12), 7:30 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Boston Celtics will attempt to sew up an Atlantic Division title, as well as extend the franchise's longest winning streak in 22 years, when they host the Utah Jazz this evening at TD Banknorth Garden in a showdown between division leaders.

Boston ripped off its 10th consecutive victory with Wednesday's 111-82 home drubbing of Seattle and can clinch its first Atlantic Division crown since the 2004-05 campaign with a win tonight. The Celtics finished in the Atlantic's basement with a 24-58 record just a year ago.

The Celtics' current tear is the club's longest since a 14-game run from March 11-April 4, 1986. Boston ended that regular season with 67 wins en route to an NBA championship.

Boston has also won its last 11 home games and owns a splendid 29-4 mark at TD Banknorth Garden this season.

In Wednesday's triumph, Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett each scored 18 points for the Celtics, while Paul Pierce netted 14 points and handed out 11 assists.

Utah has also been playing very well as of late. The Jazz won for the sixth time in seven games with Wednesday's 114-110 decision over Milwaukee and hold a four-game advantage on second-place Denver in the Northwest Division standings.

Deron Williams paced Utah with 26 points and 13 assists, while Carlos Boozer finished with 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Jazz, which shot 51.9 percent from the floor. Ronnie Brewer matched a season-high with 21 points on the night.

The Jazz will be playing the third test of a four-game road trip this evening and began the trek with a 108-96 loss at Chicago. Utah has had its struggles on the road this year, as the club is just 15-20 in away games.

Utah wraps up the trip Saturday at New Jersey and then embarks on a four-game homestand.

The Jazz swept their 2006-07 season series with Boston and came through with a 107-100 victory in their most recent visit to Beantown. The Celtics did hand Utah a 104-98 loss in Salt Lake City back in December, however, and have won five of the last seven matchups between the teams.
