Indiana Pacers (25-39) at Dallas Mavericks (42-23), 8:30 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Dallas Mavericks will try to win their fourth straight game, as they welcome the Indiana Pacers tonight to American Airlines Center.

Dallas concludes a four-game homestand on Friday. Reigning MVP Dirk Nowitzki scored 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds as the Mavericks never trailed en route to a 118-93 dismantling of the Charlotte Bobcats.

Josh Howard contributed 24 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the Mavericks, who won their third straight after a three-game losing streak. Brandon Bass finished with 16 points, while Erick Dampier netted 11 and pulled down eight rebounds.

The Mavericks are an impressive 28-4 at home this season. They will visit the Miami Heat on Sunday at AmericanAirlines Arena.

The Pacers open a short two-game road trip tonight. Mike Dunleavy poured in 32 points and Danny Granger netted 23, as Indiana overcame Kevin Durant and the Seattle SuperSonics, 114-107, at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Troy Murphy registered 19 points and nine rebounds, while Travis Diener recorded 11 points and nine assists for the Pacers, who stopped a three-game skid. David Harrison returned from a team-imposed one-game suspension to score four points, grab six rebounds and swat a career-best six shots in just over 20 minutes of action.

Indiana is 12-21 on the road this season. The Pacers are scheduled to visit the Orlando Magic at Amway Arena.

This is the second and final meeting of the season between the clubs. On November 23, Granger had 25 points and six rebounds as the Pacers defeated the Mavericks, 111-07, at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Indiana has lost three straight and seven of its last eight at Dallas.
