Minnesota Timberwolves (12-47) at Utah Jazz (39-22), 9 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Northwest Division-leading Utah Jazz go for their third straight win when they welcome the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight to EnergySolutions Arena.

This is the second meeting of the campaign between the clubs. On February 26th, Al Jefferson poured in 22 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lift the Timberwolves over the Jazz, 111-100, at the Target Center.

Minnesota has lost three straight after winning its last two at Utah.

The Jazz conclude a two-game homestand this evening. Deron Williams poured in 17 points and tied a season-high with 20 assists, as Utah overcame an early hip injury to Andrei Kirilenko and stretched its home court winning streak to 16 games with a 116-110 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Monday at EnergySolutions Arena.

Carlos Boozer had 28 points and seven rebounds before fouling out for the Jazz, who used a 16-0 stretch in the fourth quarter on the way to their second straight victory overall and a 26-3 mark at EnergySolutions Arena this season.

This is Utah's longest home winning streak since capturing 20 straight from the end of the 1997-98 season to the beginning of the lockout-shortened 1998-99 campaign.

Mehmet Okur finished with 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Kyle Korver ended with 17 points and Ronnie Brewer scored 15 in the victory over Dallas.

Kirilenko is doubtful for tonight's contest. He is averaging 11.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game this season.

Minnesota has lost four in a row, and will open a three-game road trip. On Tuesday, Jason Richardson had 25 points and eight rebounds as the Charlotte Bobcats beat the Timberwolves, 109-89, at the Target Center.

Jefferson finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Ryan Gomes added 17 points for the Timberwolves, who have dropped six of their last seven games overall. Randy Foye scored 16 points, Craig Smith netted 15 and Sebastian Telfair posted 12 points and nine assists in defeat.

The Timberwolves are a dismal 2-25 on the road this season. They have lost five in a row as the visitor.
