Phoenix Suns (39-20) at Portland Trail Blazers (31-29), 10 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Phoenix Suns attempt to put the brakes on a two-game losing streak when they take on the Portland Trail Blazers tonight at the Rose Garden.

Phoenix is 2 1/2 games behind the first-place Los Angeles Lakers in the Pacific Division.

The Suns open a short two-game road trip tonight. On Saturday, Andre Iguodala scored 32 points to lead the Philadelphia 76ers in an upset over Phoenix, 119-114, at US Airways Center

Amare Stoudemire finished with 26 points and 11 rebounds for the Suns, who have lost two in a row and three of their last four games overall. Leandro Barbosa contributed 22 points and Steve Nash collected 21 points and 11 assists in defeat.

Shaquille O'Neal was limited to eight points and seven rebounds against Philadelphia. The Suns are just 2-4 since O'Neal entered the Phoenix lineup.

Phoenix is 18-11 on the road this season. The Suns will visit Allen Iverson and the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday at the Pepsi Center.

Portland also tries to get back on the winning track. On Sunday, Stephen Jackson scored 29 points and grabbed nine rebounds as the Golden State Warriors held off the Trail Blazers, 110-104, at ORACLE Arena.

Brandon Roy posted 26 points for the Trail Blazers, who have dropped four of their last six games overall. Travis Outlaw scored 17 points and LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 15 points and seven rebounds in the loss to Golden State.

The Trail Blazers are 22-8 at home this season. After tonight's game, they will embark on a five-game road trip to Milwaukee, New York, Cleveland, Minnesota and Sacramento.

This is the first meeting of the campaign between the squads. Phoenix has won six in a row in the series.

The Suns have won three straight and five of their last six at Portland.
