(Sports Network) - Two of the worst teams in the NBA meet today, as the Seattle SuperSonics visit the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.

This is the third meeting of the season between the clubs. Seattle is 2-0 against the Timberwolves and has won five in a row in the series.

The SuperSonics have won two straight after losing their last three at Minnesota.

Seattle is scheduled to host the Timberwolves on March 14th at KeyArena in the final contest of the campaign between the squads.

The SuperSonics open a season-long seven-game road trip. On Friday, Dwyane Wade scored 31 points to lead the Miami Heat in a 103-93 victory over Seattle at KeyArena.

Chris Wilcox ended with 30 points and rookie Kevin Durant netted 24 for the SuperSonics, who have lost four in a row. Nick Collison had 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Damien Wilkins had 10 points and Jeff Green pulled down 11 rebounds.

Seattle is 5-22 on the road this season. The SuperSonics will also visit Detroit, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Toronto, Indiana and Boston on the current swing.

Minnesota opens a short two-game homestand. On Friday, LeBron James scored 30 points, pulled down eight rebounds and dished out 13 assists to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers in a 92-84 victory over the struggling Timberwolves at Quicken Loans Arena.

Al Jefferson totaled 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who have lost two in a row and nine of their last 11 games overall. Rookie Corey Brewer had 15 points, while Ryan Gomes collected 13 points and seven rebounds in defeat.

The Timberwolves are 10-20 at home this season. They will host the Charlotte Bobcats on Tuesday at the Target Center.
