Philadelphia 76ers (26-33) at Phoenix Suns (39-19), 9 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Philadelphia 76ers play the middle contest of a three- game road trip, as they visit the Phoenix Suns tonight at US Airways Center.

This is the first of two meetings between the clubs. Philadelphia is scheduled to host the Suns on March 28th at the Wachovia Center.

The teams split a pair of contests last season. The Suns have won five of the last six contests in the series.

Philadelphia has lost five straight and 18 of its last 20 at Phoenix.

The Sixers opened the swing on Friday at Golden State. Mickael Pietrus came off the bench and scored a game-high 23 points, as the Warriors defeated Philadelphia, 119-97, at ORACLE Arena.

Andre Miller scored a team-high 18 points and pulled down six rebounds for the 76ers, who had a two-game winning streak halted. Willie Green and Louis Williams both scored 17 points for Philadelphia, which has lost six of its last eight road games.

Philadelphia will visit the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday at the Staples Center. The Sixers are 10-19 on the road this season.

Phoenix attempts to get back on the winning track against the 76ers. On Wednesday, Chris Paul scored 25 points and handed out 15 assists to lift the New Orleans Hornets over the Suns, 120-103, at New Orleans Arena.

Amare Stoudemire poured in 32 points and grabbed 14 rebounds for the Suns, who fell to 2-3 since Shaquille O'Neal joined the lineup, after the All-Star break. O'Neal had 15 points and seven rebounds for Phoenix, while Leandro Barbosa added 17 points, but got into foul trouble, and left after his sixth with more than five minutes left in the game.

The Suns are 21-8 at home this season. They will visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday at the Rose Garden.
