New Orleans Hornets (32-13) at Sacramento Kings (20-24), 10 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Sacramento Kings attempt to extend their winning streak to three games when they welcome the New Orleans Hornets tonight to ARCO Arena.

This is the second meeting of the campaign between the squads. On October 31st, Chris Paul posted 22 points and 12 assists as the Hornets topped Sacramento, 104-90, at New Orleans Arena.

The Hornets have won three in a row in the series, and snapped an 11-game series road losing streak on April 16, 2007.

Sacramento plays the second of a five-game homestand. On Wednesday, Brad Miller scored 22 points and grabbed a career-high 21 rebounds for his first career 20-20 game, to lead the Kings over the Charlotte Bobcats, 105-91, at ARCO Arena.

Kevin Martin also poured in 22 points for the Kings, who have won two in a row and five of their last seven games overall. Ron Artest contributed 21 points, while Mikki Moore collected 11 points and eight rebounds in the victory.

The Kings will also host Chicago, Seattle and Utah on the current homestand. Sacramento is 13-9 at home this season.

New Orleans opens a three-game road trip, and tries to get back on the winning track against Sacramento. Stephen Jackson led a balanced Golden State attack with 26 points, as the Warriors beat New Orleans, 116-103, snapping the Hornets' nine-game winning streak.

Paul had 28 points and 12 assists to pace the Hornets, who lost their first game since Jan. 9 at home against the Lakers. David West ended with 24 points and 13 rebounds, while Peja Stojakovic registered 20 points and 10 rebounds for New Orleans, which suffered just its third defeat in its last 20 games.

Tyson Chandler had 11 points and 14 rebounds in defeat for the Hornets, who have scored over 100 points in four straight and seven of their last eight games overall.

The Hornets are 16-5 as the visitor this season. They will visit Utah on Monday and Phoenix on Wednesday in the finale of the swing.
