(Sports Network) - The Charlotte Bobcats attempt to put the brakes on a two- game losing streak when they visit the Chicago Bulls tonight at the United Center.
This is the fourth and final meeting of the campaign between the squads. The Bulls are 3-0 against the Bobcats this season and have captured four in a row overall in the series. Chicago is 11-3 all-time against the Bobcats.
Charlotte has lost three straight and six of the seven meetings at Chicago.
The Bobcats hit the road on Friday after going 1-2 on a three-game homestand. On Wednesday, Devin Harris scored 13 of his 23 points in the third quarter as Dallas remained perfect against the Bobcats with a 102-95 victory at Charlotte Bobcats Arena.
Gerald Wallace scored 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Charlotte, which has dropped two in a row and five of its last eight games overall. Jason Richardson also poured in 22 points and Emeka Okafor chipped in 19 points and 10 rebounds in defeat.
Charlotte is a dismal 2-13 on the road this season. The Bobcats return home on Saturday to host Andre Iguodala and the Philadelphia 76ers.
Chicago plays the second of a four-game homestand tonight. Kirk Hinrich poured in a career-high 38 points, grabbed seven rebounds and handed out 10 assists to lead the Bulls over the Indiana Pacers, 108-95, on Wednesday at the United Center.
Andres Nocioni finished with 24 points and seven rebounds for the Bulls, who were without the services of forward Luol Deng (left Achilles tendinitis) and guards Chris Duhon (bruised left knee) and Ben Gordon (sore right wrist). Joakim Noah came off the bench to post 14 points and a game-high 15 rebounds for Chicago, which has won two of its last three games overall.
Gordon, who leads the Bulls in scoring (19.6 ppg), is questionable for tonight's contest, while Deng is expected to miss significant time with his injury. Duhon is also slated to miss tonight's contest.
The Bulls are 9-11 at home this season. They will host the Phoenix Suns on Sunday and the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday at the Target Center.
