(Sports Network) - The Boston Celtics shoot for their third straight win this afternoon, when they visit the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Boston has won two in a row since a season-high two-game slide, and posted a 116-89 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday at TD Banknorth Garden. Ray Allen scored 23 points for Boston, which shot a season-best 14-for-22 from beyond the arc.

Paul Pierce had 22 points and Kevin Garnett added 11 points, eight assists and six rebounds in a winning effort.

The Celtics are 14-3 away from Beantown this season. In injury news for Boston, guard Rajon Rondo (back/hamstring) is questionable for Monday's game against New York.

New York will open a short two-game homestand today versus Boston and Philadelphia, and owns a 9-13 mark at MSG this season.

In Saturday's 88-84 win over the Miami Heat at AmericanAirlines Arena, Jamal Crawford scored 22 points, including four clutch free throws down the stretch, to send the Heat to their 13th straight loss.

Nate Robinson had 19 points and seven assists, while Zach Randolph added 16 points and 14 rebounds for the Knicks, winners of four of their last five games.

Boston notched a 104-59 victory over the Knicks on November 29 this season at TD Banknorth Garden. It has won three straight, four of five and seven of the last nine meetings with New York.

The Celtics have also won four straight, six of seven and 10 of their last 12 trips to the Big Apple.
