Portland Trail Blazers (22-13) at Toronto Raptors (19-17), 12:30 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The surprising Portland Trail Blazers will try to remain perfect in the new year when they kick off a season-high seven-game road trip this afternoon against the Toronto Raptors at the Air Canada Centre.

Portland has won all four of its games in January and will visit Toronto, New Jersey, Boston, Miami, Orlando, Atlanta and New Orleans on the trip. It has won two in a row on the road and owns a 5-10 mark as the guest this season.

The Blazers posted their fourth straight win with Wednesday's 109-91 victory over the Golden State Warriors at the Rose Garden. Steve Blake scored 24 points to lead the Blazers, who have won 17 of their last 18 games. LaMarcus Aldridge had 19 points and five boards, while Martell Webster and James Jones had 16 points apiece in a winning effort.

In injury news for the Blazers, Blake (calf) is questionable for Sunday's game and guard Brandon Roy (knee) is listed as probable. Roy, last year's Rookie of the Year, leads the team with 18.7 ppg.

The Raptors have won two in a row, including Friday's 99-90 victory over the New York Knicks on Friday at Madison Square Garden.

Chris Bosh scored 40 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Toronto. Bosh shot 14-of-30 from the field and hit 12-of-15 free throws in a winning cause. Jamario Moon added 13 points and nine boards, while Anthony Parker scored 13 points and pulled down eight rebounds for the Raptors, who will work on their 9-8 home mark on Sunday.

Portland handed Toronto a 101-96 setback on December 19 this season at the Rose Garden and has won four of the last six meetings.

The Blazers have won six of nine and seven of the 11 meetings at Toronto.
