New Orleans Hornets (24-12) at Houston Rockets (20-17), 2:30 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The New Orleans Hornets will hit the road this afternoon, when they take on the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center.

The Hornets have won four of five and nine of their last 11 games, including Friday's 114-88 victory over the Miami Heat at New Orleans Arena. Bobby Jackson scored 25 points and went a perfect 7-for-7 from three-point range to lead the way.

Tyson Chandler helped out with 19 points, while Chris Paul had 16 points and 16 assists for New Orleans, which will put its six-game road winning streak on the line today. The Hornets, who also got 11 points and 10 rebounds from David West, are 14-5 as the visitor this season.

Houston will shoot for its sixth straight win on Sunday, when they resume a five-game homestand. The Rockets, who are 9-6 at home this season, have won two in a row as the host and opened the stand with Friday's 113-82 triumph over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Luis Scola scored 22 points and pulled down nine rebounds to lead the Rockets, who will also host the Hornets, 76ers, Spurs and Sonics on the homestand. Carl Landry, Yao Ming and Luther Head contributed 15 points apiece in Houston's season-high fifth straight win.

In injury news for the Rockets, guard Bonzi Wells (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against New Orleans. Guard Tracy McGrady (knee) is expected to return to the hardwood in one week.

Sunday's matchup between the Hornets and Rockets is the first of four meetings this season. The Hornets went 3-1 against Houston last season and have won seven of the last nine encounters.

The Hornets have won four of their last five games at the Toyota Center.
