MLB Game Summary - Baltimore at LA Dodgers
Vero Beach, FL (Sports Network) - Andre Ethier's RBI single capped a three- run ninth inning for Los Angeles that evened the score, and the Dodgers played to a 4-4 tie with the Baltimore Orioles in 10 innings.
Xavier Paul hit a two-run homer in the ninth for the Dodgers, whose only other run came in the first inning on an RBI single from Jeff Kent. Chad Billingsley started the game, and allowed one run on three hits in two innings.
Adam Jones and Mike Costanzo hit solo homers for Baltimore, while Costanzo also doubled. Scott Moore went 3-for-4 with a double for the Orioles.
Starter Brian Burres gave up one run in two innings, and Baltimore's staff allowed only two hits until Esteban Yan was touched for three runs on two hits in the bottom of the ninth. Yan did not record an out.
