Pagan went 3-for-5 and drove in three runs, while Ruben Gotay added a first- inning double for an RBI. Brady Clark and Ramon Castro also knocked in a run.
Oliver Perez gave up five hits and three runs over the first two innings for the Mets, while right-hander Nate Field threw one frame for the win, and Joselo Diaz closed out the contest by tossing the final inning for the save.
Derek Lowe allowed one hit and fanned two over a pair of scoreless innings in the start for the Dodgers.
Nomar Garciaparra had a pair of hits and three RBI for Los Angeles.
